1️⃣ From “Impossible” to “Possible” I started as a door girl at a five-star hotel in China. Twenty years later, I’m building bridges between Germany and China. “Anything is possible” has never been a slogan to me — it’s a belief and a practice. Over the past two decades, I’ve turned many “impossible” things into reality: from a small town in Southwest China to Beijing, Shanghai, and Munich; from a college dropout to earning my bachelor’s and MBA while working full time; from serving global brands like IHG, BMW, Airbus, and Porsche to founding my own firm abroad. I was fortunate to live in a time of change — when hard work, resilience, and integrity could truly change one’s life. My annual income grew a hundredfold. I expanded my professional world from national to international, and personally, I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries with my backpack. But everything comes with a price. Integrity, trust, reliability, responsibility, consistency, dedication, and determination — these values carried me through countless long nights. I’ve worked 9am to 9pm, six days a week, for years. I once worked 36 hours straight with a fever during COVID and was sent from the office to the emergency room. Because I’ve always believed: “One’s word is one’s bond.”

2️⃣ The Munich Chapter After two decades of constant striving, Munich changed me. For the first time, I felt I had enough. In China, society constantly pushes you to chase more — a higher title, a bigger apartment, a newer car. It’s exciting, but also exhausting. Munich taught me a different rhythm: it’s not about what you want to get, but what you already have; not about addition, but subtraction; not about gain, but giving. Here, I found peace — a cozy home, good friends, nature, food, health, and balance. And with that peace came clarity: it was time to give back.

3️⃣ Building Bridges with Purpose I founded my firm to build trustful bridges between Germany and China — bridges that combine strategic clarity with cultural understanding. Today, I work as an independent strategy consultant and business developer, helping Chinese companies navigate the European market and German companies collaborate more effectively with their Chinese partners. I don’t run a big team; instead, I work with a trusted network of professionals and organizations who share the same values of integrity, commitment, and excellence. Together, we make anything possible.
